Welcome to the Children's Choir of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish Religious Education. Program We are located in the culturally diverse Lower East Side of Manhattan.
The Children's Choir includes 25 talented young singers (ages 6 to 15) from more than 7 schools in New York City who bring their artistry and love of classical, sacred, contemporary, and world music to the stage for everyone to enjoy.
Started in September 2004 by Nicholas Donis, a Catechist at the OLS Parish Religious Education Program. The OLS Children’s Choir is a non-profit children’s organization based in Manhattan's Lower East Side. It serves as a voice for children in Manhattan, a voice that celebrates cultural diversity through music, builds positive local relations and asks people to work together to create a peaceful, healthy environment for all children.
