 | Nicholas George Donis Children's Choir Director/Conductor Nicholas Donis has been with Our Lady of Sorrows Parish Religious Education Program for 11 years. He started the choir in need to bring youth to the parish. He believed to bridge the gap between the youth and and church was very important. Once a choir member himself he teaches the children how to sing beautifully and in unison. Nicholas has a Associates of Science in Early Childhood Education and Music, and a a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Science. He is a Universal Pre-Kindergarten teacher that believes music and science should always be taught in NYC city school and makes it as a basis of his classroom. He is also a supporter of the VH1's Save the Music Foundation. |
 | Jacqueline Roman-Maldonado Assistant Choir Director/ Professional Vocal Artist Jacqueline has been with Our Lady of Sorrows Parish for many years. As assistant choir director she uses her beautiful voice and personality to engage the members in learning different songs and movement. She has been a encouraging voice to the children of the choir as well as the director. |
